  1. Customer Service Team Leader

    Purpose: We are looking for a people focused, customer centric team leader to join us in ensuring we are consistently focussed on our customer service across the business. The Team Leader role is to oversee the following areas: Sales, Core, Warranty & Returns and the Body Repair Shop network. The team has seven direct reports across a variety of areas and another key part of the role is to support the development, engagement and success of your team.We are looking for someone who has the ability to set their own goals, analyse data to make data driven decisions, implement change effectively and build strong customer relationships.

    Location: Poole Site, BH12

    Salary: £30,000 pa

    Hours: 37.5 per week

    Reporting to: Customer Service Director

  2. HGV Class 1 - Driver - Rugby

    Purpose: As one of our Class 1 driving team, your day will be extremely varied. You will be dealing with customers and manging a multitude of collections, from customers’ homes to commercial units. You will be driving a seven-car transporter and be mechanically minded as some of the vehicles you collect may not drive, are accident damaged or require winching. You will need to think on your feet and problem solve often. You are part of a successful and talented transport team, working closely with our operational and material handling team.

    Location: Rugby Site, Newbold Road CV21

    Salary: £34,000 (+£2,080 performance bonus after probation)

    Working Hours: 48 hrs per week    

    Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

    Reporting to: Transport Manager

  3. Logistics Customer Service Advisor

    Purpose: At the forefront of our industry-leading vehicle recycling process, the Customer Service & Logistics team is responsible for arranging the collection of vehicles to be brought back to one of our hubs for processing. You will be working with us at our rapidly expanding Poole site, based in Parkstone.

    Salary: £22,500

    Working Hours: 37.5hrs

    Location: Poole Site

    Reporting to: Logistics Team Leader

  4. Powertrain Dismantler

    Purpose: The primary purpose of a powertrain dismantler is to remove and salvage powertrain components from end-of-life or damaged vehicles for recycling, refurbishment, or resale.

    Salary: £32,160 per annum

    Working Hours: 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday

    Working Pattern: Early shift 6:00am to 3:00pm. Late shift 3:00pm to 12:00am, on a swing shift basis.

  5. Production Line Operative

    Purpose: You will be responsible for recycling and safely removing key parts from end-of-life vehicles. A passion for cars and a level 2 or 3 qualification in vehicle mechanics is required. You will have the ability and confidence to use various tools and to able to dismantle vehicles.

    Location:             BH1, Poole Site, Dorset

    Reporting to:      BH1 Line Supervisor

    Salary:                 Up to £32,160 per annum

    Working Hours:  42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

    We operate on a swing shift pattern from 6:00am to 3:00pm and then 3:00pm to 12:00am on a week on, week off basis.

  6. Sales Advisor

    Purpose: As one of amazing sales advisors, you are the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers looking to buy motor vehicle parts. With a good eye for detail, and great questioning skills, you will be matching car parts and advising customers with best options.

    You will be responsible for case management and problem solving, always supporting the customer, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Salary: £25,000

    Location: Poole Site, Ringwood Road, BH12

    Reporting to: Sales Team Leader

    Working Hours: 37.5 per week on a rota basis

    Working Pattern: Overtime Saturday – every 3 weeks 9am-4pm. Sunday Hybrid from home every 10 weeks 10am -2pm

  7. Vehicle Dismantling Technician

    Purpose: You will be responsible for recycling, and safely removing, key parts from a wide range of vehicles. Mainly high value and performance and electric vehicles for second hand resale. The main purpose of your role will be to identify and remove selected parts in a purpose-built workshop with state-of-the-art equipment. The parts will need to be quality checked and removed in a safe and specific manner, in line with company timelines and processes. You will be part of highly skilled dismantling team with many years of experience that will aid you in your learning and settling into the role.

    Location: Poole Site, Ringwood Road, Dorset, BH12

    Salary: £30,000 pa +

    Working Hours: 42.5 pw Monday - Friday

    Working Pattern: 08:00 - 17:00

    Reporting to: Vehicle Processing Manager
